We keep enquiry emails for six months, after which they are deleted.

When you apply for a job via our website, we ask you to send your resumé/CV by email link. By submitting your resumé/CV, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this privacy notice.
We use this information to ascertain whether or not you are suitable for the position you have applied for, at which time we may direct your resumé/CV to the appropriate individual or department within InterGen.
Your resumé/CV is stored in an Outlook listing which is hosted on a cloud based server. All unsuccessful resumés/CVs are retained for six months, after which it is deleted unless otherwise requested as per your rights below.
